Technical Task

This technical task shows all potential camera shot, movement and angels that could be used through out my music video, doing this task has helped me understand what parts of cinematography look good in certain situations and what parts of cinematography don't look good in certain situations, also this task helped me learn how to use a DSLR camera, I have used it for picture purposes before, but not to film on, so I used this as a practice task for this purpose.

Pop Music Videos

I like this music video because it conforms to the conventions of pop through the use of mise-en-scene (colours and costumes), I also like the camera use within this music video, for example I like the slow motion used by the artist when creating the video, because slow motion isn't often used within pop videos, so the use of it makes it unique to this artists music video.

In this music video I like the use of colours used because they're conventional pop, also many of different camera angles and shot are used, for example mid shots are used frequently, also a pan is used within the video.
